I cannot even begin to comprehend how terrified you must have been.
I cannot fathom the horrific memories that consume you and have left an unhealable wound.
I would never be able to grasp the fear and panic that fills your everyday life.
No one has the right to tell you how you should feel.
No one should have the insolence to tell you what your response should have been.
No one has the right to judge you or criticize you.
No one should ever deny your story because it is your story not theirs.

I believe your story and your words.
I believe you were sexually assaulted and abused.
I believe you were terrified and felt helpless.
